The recipes will be uploaded for viewing to both the guests that submitted recipes and other readers. Writers are allowed to share recipe links on social platforms.
Also, in accordance to the WHO recommended standard of 400g/day, submitted recipes will be checked for vegetable content quantity. Adjustments might be made to recipes in order to meet this criterion and to demonstrate creativity of recipe owner while we retain the deliciousness and appeal of the intended meal.
